FAQ
Good questions, clear answers.
Still stuck on something? The inquiry form has a notes section — drop your question in there and we'll reply personally.
How does the quote process work?
Submit the request form with your design idea, garment type, quantity, and deadline. We'll reach out with a quote and any questions within 1–2 business days. Once you approve, we lock in a production slot and get to pressing.
What garments can you print on?
Pretty much everything — tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, hats, totes, crop tops, polos, and specialty items. If you have something specific in mind, just ask in your inquiry.
Do you have minimums?
No strict minimums. We take on single-item custom pieces and large bulk orders alike. Pricing does get friendlier as quantity goes up.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard orders usually run 5–10 business days after design approval, depending on size and complexity. Rush options are available when possible — mention your deadline in the form.
How do you price orders?
Pricing depends on garment type, quantity, print method, number of print locations, and color complexity. Photo-real and full-color designs typically use DTF printing, which is priced a little differently than standard vinyl.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, you can bring your own. We'll walk you through fabric compatibility when you inquire so we can make sure your material will take the print properly.
What file formats work best for designs?
PNG with a transparent background or vector (SVG, AI, PDF) is ideal. If you only have a rough idea or a reference photo, that's okay too — just describe what you're going for in the inquiry.
Do you ship, or is this local pickup?
We do both. Let us know where you are when you inquire and we'll include shipping in your quote.
Will you offer online ordering?
That's coming. For now, every order runs through the inquiry form so we can make sure your design is printed exactly the way it should be.
